Roasting garlic

Now that my cleanse is over and I did not use up the many heads of garlic I bought for a liver cleanse (BLEH!), I find myself with a conundrum, what to do with this garlic? Why, roast it of course!! I first used this particular recipe while following the Best Life Diet plan. This is a fast and easy way to roast garlic.


Roasted Garlic
  • head of garlic (or multiple, I used about 3)
  • olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Break up heads of garlic but leave paper on. Spread out on baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until soft. Let cool. Take off paper and put in jar. Cover with olive oil. Store in the refrigerator.
